From our material to our patent pending design and fill, we dedicate ourselves to quality and innovation.  We now include a waterproof and dust mite proof nanotechnology micro fiber inner liner. This material is woven so tighlty that the space between fibers is a mere 9 microns. This is one of 5 materials like it in the world and is generally used as a "barrier fabric" in hospitals. Super soft and buttery to the feel yet durable, water resistant and dust mite proof.

We are the originator of the 10 year warranty in Bean Bag Chairs.
All of our bean bag chairs are now filled with SuperMixTM, the softer more durable bean bag fill that is mold and mildew resistant. SuperMixTM is our patent  pending bean bag and soft furniture fill, comprised of a technologically advanced mildew/mold resistant polyurethane foam. This foam is dense yet water pours right through it. The foam's large yet strong cells allow it to dry quickly after being wet or even completely saturated.
Why we use SuperMixTM  We mix chunks of this foam with a dense double pass low VOC expanded polystyrene bead. We are the only ones to develop this bean bag fill or use the low VOC bead at the densities we use. This double pass bead is more dense than most single pass bead that we've seen and is up to 50% lower than legally allowed VOC levels of Pentane. Your general industry wholesaler of virgin bead just won't tell you (or us) this info. We had to hire an outside consultant to better understand the resin industry and the variety of products out there.
This mix allows the foam to act in a more viscous manner giving you the softness of foam and a highly improved feel of a traditional bean bag chair. This is far superior to just foam like in the poof, love sac and other foam chairs found on the market which use recycled into "new" foam that is old and sometimes crumbly or just virgin bead which is just plain hard even after ten minutes or less. We've likened the feel of a regular bean bag to bleacher seating  
The inner bag is made out of a water proof and dust might proof micro fiber material called Versatech. This high tech material is woven so tightly that it has only 9 micron spacing in between the weave making it waterproof and dust mite proof and is used in Hospitals and clinics. Shown in white. Better than Pottery Barn quality at factory direct prices. Our small bean bag measures 31" wide by 33" deep and 20" tall, and our large bean bag measures 37" wide by 42" deep and 34" tall. Our love seat measures 53" wide by 38" deep and 38" tall. 
Our bags have a large round zippered bottom and the inner bag has a smaller straight zipper for refilling. The resealable straight zipper on the bottom of the inner bag as well as our non remove and wash vinyl bean bags makes it easy to refill your bean bag when it starts to go flat and yet safely keeps small children from opening the bean bag.
